Fire & EMS

The Olivette Fire Department is responsible for providing the efficient and effective delivery of fire, medical, rescue, and emergency services. The Fire Department also strives to improve the quality of life for local residents by providing public education, firehouse tours, and ongoing training for firefighters.



Olivette Firefighters raised money during a BBQ for injured Ballwin Police Officer Mike Flamion’s medical expenses. FF/PM Scott Allen presents Ballwin Police with the check for $640.00.

Absheer Probation
Firefighter/Paramedic Justin Absheer recently completed his Probationary Period at the Olivette Fire Department Chief Avery is presenting FF/PM Absheer with a plaque recognizing that accomplishment.

Gump Probation

Firefighter/Paramedic Heather Gump recently completed her Probationary Period at the Olivette Fire Department Chief Avery is presenting FF/PM Gump with a plaque recognizing that accomplishment.

MO American Water Donation

Fire Chief Scott Avery receives a grant check from Missouri American Water Governments Affairs Manager Bradley Brown. The grant money $1195.50 was utilized to purchase updated protective equipment for the City’s Firefighters. In the picture with Chief Avery and Mr. Brown are members of the fire department and Missouri American Water staff.
