The Municipal Court is responsible for processing all payments received for summons written and Attorney Recommendations. Forms of payment accepted by this court:

• Cash
• Money Order
• Personal Check (No out of state checks)
• Credit Cards / On-Line Payments 
  

Most traffic violations are payable out of court, to verify if your violation is payable outside of making a court appearance, please refer to the TVB Fine Schedule.  Violations listed on said schedule are payable without a court appearance.  

Traffic Violations which are payable out of court may be paid in person mailed or paid on-line. 

Failure to Appear and/or pay said fines will result in a warrant being issued for defendants arrest.
