Bill #2990 An Ordinance Imposing a Sales Tax at a Rate of 3 Percent on Retail Sales of Adult Use Marijuana Subject to Approval by the Voters

Bill #2991 - An Ordinance Amending Article III of Chapter 220 of the Olivette City Code Pertaining to Smoking in Public Places. First Reading.

With the passage of Amendment 3 by the people of Missouri on November 8, 2022, the Olivette City Council desires to amend Article III of Chapter 220 of the Olivette City Code to regulate smoking public places.

Bill #2992 - An ordinance amending Section 400.220 Permitted Uses, being part of Article IV “SR” Single-Family Residential District of Chapter 400 Zoning Regulations of Title IV Land Use of the Olivette Municipal Code, to reduce the lot width noted under Section 400.220 (A.3.a). First Reading.

This amendment would reduce the minimum lot width for a legal lot of record from 50-ft to 40-ft.  There would be no changes to the minimum lot area (5,000 sf.) or lot depth (150 ft.).

Bill #2993 An Ordinance Repealing Section 240.070 of Chapter 240 and Enacting a New Section Relating to Community Center Rental Fees and Enacting a New Section 240.072 Establishing Membership Fees

Bill #2993   - An Ordinance Repealing Chapter 240 Section 240.070 Of The City Of Olivette Municipal Code And Enacting A New Chapter In Lieu Thereof Relating To Community Center Rental Fees; and Enacting Section 240.072 membership Fees  - First Reading

First Reading of a proposed Ordinance to set rental and membership policies and fees at Five Oaks on Warson, the community center.
