Five Year Public Hearing on the Gateway - I170 Redevelopment

Bill #2991 - An Ordinance Amending Article III of Chapter 220 of the Olivette City Code Pertaining to Smoking in Public Places. Second Reading.

Bill #2992 - An ordinance to amend Section 400.220 Permitted Uses, being part of Article IV “SR” Single-Family Residential District of Chapter 400 Zoning Regulations of Title IV Land Use of the Olivette Municipal Code, to reduce the lot width noted under Section 400.220 (A.3.a) from fifty (50’) feet to forty (40’) feet. Second Reading and Public Hearing.

Second reading and public hearing.  This amendment would reduce the minimum lot width for a legal lot of record from 50-ft to 40-ft.  There would be no changes to the minimum lot area (5,000 sf.) or lot depth (150 ft.).

Bill #2993 An Ordinance Repealing Section 240.070 of Chapter 240 and Enacting a New Section Relating to Community Center Rental Fees And Enacting A New Section 240.072 Establishing Membership Fees- Second Reading

This amendment and new section will update hourly rental rates and damage deposits, and establish membership fees for Five Oaks on Warson, Olivette's new community center. Second Reading.

Bill #2994 - An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 2747 of the City of Olivette, Missouri By Revising the City’s Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Budget– First Reading

Bill #2995 - An ordinance amending the Olivette Municipal Code by enacting a new Chapter 450 regulating marijuana facilities. First Reading.

This bill will repeal the existing Chapter 450 Medical Marijuana Facilities and replace with a new Chapter 450 Marijuana Facilities providing for the regulation of adult use recreational marijuana.

Bill #2996 - An ordinance to approve a final subdivision plat titled "Lynne-Bonhomme Subdivision". First Reading.

This bill will approve a 2-lot subdivision of the property currently addressed as 9549 Old Bonhomme Road to be known as Lynne-Bonhomme Subdivision.

15.

Police Department Patrol Covered Parking

Request to approve a contract to order a prefabricated steel structure for Police fleet covered parking.  This project was approved by Council during budgeting process and is funded through the Public Safety Fund.

Ratification of Police Vehicle Purchase and Approval of Police Vehicle Upfit

Discussion of Implementation of Flock Camera System

Police Chief Andreski will discuss with the Council implementation of a Flock Camera System.
