Bill 2946 An Ordinance to adopt a Chapter 445 Urban Agriculture, being part of Title IV Land Use of the Olivette Municipal Code. Second Reading and Public Hearing.

BILL 2947 – AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AMENDMENT #2 TO THE GATEWAY I-170 TAX INCREMENT FINANCING (TIF) REDEVELOPMENT PLAN AND MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS

It is anticipated the Council will hold a first reading of a Bill Approving Amendment 2 to the Gateway TIF.  The Amendment deals with the addition of multi-family residential to the development.

Approval of minutes from the regular meeting of March 23, 2021.
