Suggestion of officers per Article VI of Bylaws as follows for the term ending April 2024:
Chairperson - Maxine Weil and every mayor thereafter
Vice Chairperson - Missy Waldman and every Chairman Pro Tempore thereafter
Secretary - Missy Waldman and every Chairman Pro Tempore thereafter
Treasurer - Maxine Weil and every mayor thereafter
Assistant Secretary - Jennifer Conrad and every City Clerk thereafter
Assistant Treasurer - Darren Mann and every Finance Director thereafter
Name Interim City Manager Darren Mann as Executive Director with the change in Executive Director to change with the council actions appointing a new City Manager per Article VII of Bylaws.
Directing the Executive Director and designees to apply for Federal Tax ID number and Form 1023 - Application for Recognition of Exemption Under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code
Name the City Clerk of the City of Olivette as custodian of records.
Suggestion that a regular meeting schedule be established that will be held annually at the 4th Tuesday of April of ever year.
Select Enterprise Bank and Trust as depository institution of the Olivette Parks Foundation.
