First reading of an ordinance that will set the 2023 annual rate of tax levies.

Residential Rate of $1.176* vs 2022 rate of $1.228.
Commercial Rate of $1.394* vs 2022 rate of $1.525.
Personal Property Tax Rate of $1.561* vs 2022 rate of $1.561.
All rates are levied per $100 of valuation.

* - First reading rates may change when Post Board of Equalization Assessments are released.
