Bill 2959 - An Ordinance Fixing the Annual Rate of Tax Levy for 2021 on all Property Within the City of Olivette, Providing For the Extension of Said Taxes on the Books of the Collector by the County Clerk and Providing for the Collection Thereof – Second Reading
Second reading and Public Hearing of an ordinance that will set the 2021 annual rate of tax levies.
Residential Rate of $1.226 vs 2020 rate of $1.281. Commercial Rate of $1.483 vs 2020 rate of $1.517. Personal Property Tax Rate of $1.561 vs 2020 rate of $1.523. All rates are levied per $100 of valuation.
City Attorney Paul Martin will give a verbal report.
