Did You Receive a Letter From the St. Louis County Board Of Elections?

You may have received a letter in the mail regarding voting absentee for the upcoming elections.

The Center for Disease Control has found that certain groups of people are more at risk for reactions to the COVD-19 virus.

These groups include the following people:

  • people over 60 years of age
  • those with compromised immune systems
  •  pregnant women
  •  individuals with asthma.

Missouri law allows voters who expect to be prevented from going to their polling place to vote absentee because of illness or physical disability. This also applies to those who are caring for someone with an illness or disability.

The St. Louis County Election Board encourages every voter who fits the above criteria to consider voting absentee ballot.
